ROCKET PADEL – TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE
By using the facilities and services provided by Rocket Padel, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions.
- Facility Usage
Users must comply with all club rules, safety guidelines, and instructions provided by Rocket Padel staff at all times.
Users are responsible for using the facilities in a safe and appropriate manner and must not engage in behaviour that may endanger themselves or others.
Users will be held responsible for any damage caused to club property or facilities due to negligence, misuse, or misconduct.
- Booking and Cancellation
Court reservations are subject to availability and may be made in advance through approved booking channels.
Cancellations must be made in accordance with the club’s stated cancellation policy. Failure to do so may result in charges or loss of booking privileges.
Rocket Padel reserves the right to cancel or amend bookings where necessary for operational, safety, or maintenance reasons.
- Coaching and Lessons
All coaching and lessons must be conducted by Rocket Padel-approved coaches only.
Users must adhere to all club policies when participating in coaching sessions. Private coaching by non-approved individuals is strictly prohibited.
- Health, Safety and Assumption of Risk
Padel is a physically active sport involving inherent and unavoidable risks. These include, but are not limited to:
• Slips, trips, and falls
• Sudden changes in direction and physical exertion
• Collisions with other players, rackets, glass walls, fencing, or court surfaces
• Impact from balls at high speed and close range
Due to the close proximity of players and the speed of play, there is an increased risk of accidental contact and injury, including injuries to the face and eyes.
By using Rocket Padel facilities, users acknowledge and accept these inherent risks and agree that participation is undertaken at their own risk.
Users should ensure they are physically fit to participate and must cease play immediately if they feel unwell, injured, or unsafe.
- Footwear and Personal Equipment
Users must wear appropriate sports footwear designed for court use, providing adequate grip, stability, and support.
Inappropriate footwear (including, but not limited to, sandals, casual shoes, or footwear lacking suitable grip) increases the risk of injury and may not be permitted on court. Rocket Padel reserves the right to refuse access to the court where footwear is deemed unsafe.
Users are responsible for ensuring that any personal equipment used is suitable for sporting activity.
Standard prescription glasses and non-sport-specific eyewear are not designed for sporting impact and may increase the risk of injury. The use of appropriate protective sports eyewear is strongly recommended.
Rocket Padel accepts no responsibility for injuries resulting from the use of unsuitable footwear or personal equipment where reasonable safety guidance has been provided.
- Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Subject to the above, Rocket Padel shall not be liable for:
• Injuries arising from the normal and inherent risks of participating in padel
• Loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises
• Injuries resulting from a user’s failure to follow instructions, guidance, or safety advice
• Injuries resulting from the use of unsuitable footwear or equipment
Users remain responsible for their own safety while using the facilities.
- Insurance
Rocket Padel maintains appropriate LTA public liability insurance for its operations.
Users are strongly encouraged to obtain their own personal accident and health insurance where appropriate.
- Privacy
Rocket Padel respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
By using the facilities and services, users consent to the collection and use of personal information for operational and club-related purposes.
- Changes and Amendments
Rocket Padel reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The most current version will be available on the club’s website or at the premises, and continued use of the facilities constitutes acceptance of any updates.
- Termination
Rocket Padel reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to facilities and services for any user who breaches these Terms and Conditions or behaves in a manner deemed unsafe or inappropriate, without refund or compensation.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the relevant Rocket Padel facility is located.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of that country.
By using Rocket Padel facilities and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
