Integrity Policy

Fair Play: We promote fair play and expect all members, guests, and staff to compete in a manner that is honest, respectful, and in compliance with the rules and regulations of Padel. Cheating, match-fixing, doping, or any other form of dishonest behavior will not be tolerated.

Sportsmanship: We encourage sportsmanship and expect all members, guests, and staff to display good sportsmanship at all times, both on and off the padel court. This includes treating opponents, teammates, and club staff with respect, refraining from unsportsmanlike conduct or behavior that may harm the reputation of the club or the sport of padel.

Ethical Conduct: We expect all members, guests, and staff to adhere to high ethical standards in all their interactions and activities related to the club. This includes avoiding conflicts of interest, respecting the confidentiality of sensitive information, and acting in the best interests of the club and its members.

Anti-Discrimination: We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment, free from discrimination or harassment based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Discriminatory behavior or language will not be tolerated.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations: We expect all members, guests, and staff to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to local, state, and federal laws, as well as any club-specific rules and policies.

Reporting and Accountability: We encourage all members, guests, and staff to report any suspected violations of this Integrity Policy or any other club rules or policies. Reports can be made to club management or designated club representatives, and all reports will be treated with confidentiality and addressed promptly and appropriately. Violations of this Integrity Policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of membership or access to club facilities and services.

Education and Training: We are committed to providing education and training to all members, guests, and staff on the importance of integrity in tennis and the expectations outlined in this Integrity Policy. This may include workshops, seminars, informational materials, and other initiatives to promote a culture of integrity within the club.
