Rocket Padel Ilford is hosting an Open Day on Saturday 2 May featuring free taster sessions for two of its programmes: Heroes, a junior padel programme for kids, and Access Padel, designed to make the sport more accessible for people with disabilities.

Free Padel Taster Session

A fun introduction to padel for children aged 4–11, delivered by experienced and qualified Rocket Padel coaches as part of the Heroes Kids Programme. Sessions focus on building confidence, coordination and a love for padel through engaging coaching and games.

Access Padel Open Day

Free Padel Taster Session

Rocket Padel Ilford will host an Access Padel taster session introducing the sport to players with disabilities.

Delivered in partnership with Access Sport, the programme is designed for d/Deaf, disabled and neurodivergent players, providing adapted coaching in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Learn more about the Access Padel programme and hear from parents whose children are already part of it.
